The phone call is simply the pretext that is being used to open up all aspects of Ukrainian policy. Once the excuse was successfully used the phone call is irrelevant to the issue. Essentially there are no rules for impeachment. A House majority can do whatever it damn well pleases. This charade is simply the natural next step in the D coup once the Mueller report blew up in their face. I wonder what comes after Trump is re-elected.
