Dear Datek Customers,

I would like to apologize for the recent troubles we have had with funds requests. We have installed a new program that has been designed to better meet your needs.

For example, soon you will be able to enter your wire instructions Online instead of having to fax them to us to enter manually. All that will be required is a signature verification to ensure that there are no fraudulent attempts to have funds withdrawn from your account.

We will also begin processing fund requests two times per day. I believe this will help customers who desperately need their funds, but in the past have missed the 2:00 p.m. deadline for request processing. Now there will be two batches of funds requests processed each day - one at 11:00 p.m., and one at 3:00 p.m.

We will be introducing a few new products that should be advantageous to you such as check writing. This will enable you to pay bills by simply writing checks against the available funds in your account.

We hope to make transferring funds into your account a smoother and quicker process. This will be done in two ways. First, we are adding Online Cash Transfers, which will allow you to transfer funds from your personal checking account directly into your Datek account within 24 hours.

Second, will be by upgrading our systems to enable incoming wires to be posted to your account within 24 hours, rather than the current period of up to 48 hours.

Once again, I would like to apologize for any delays, frustration, or inconvenience that has resulted from our recent funds request problems. I would like to resolve any outstanding problems immediately, so please contact our customer support staff at 1-888-GO-DATEK or fundsout@datek.com with any problems.

Thank you,
Jeff Kosarin
