Not sure about reasons for recent rebound to $9 level.
Mean street estimates however are:

1996 39cents
1997 82cents

If you take an average of this year and next's forcast and apply a
20 p/e you come up with a $12 price target.
It appears to be able to trade in the $8-$12 range
