Is anyone on this thread knowledgeable regarding Technical Analysis?

I am a neophythe, but the daily chart seems to show an upside-down head and shoulders pattern, with the head touching 30 and the neckline at 38. This implies a coming rise in price of 8 points above the neckline, or 46. coincidentally, chart also seems to show resistance at about that level.

Can anyone knowledgeable comment on the above?
