"Pepsi had around 16,000 employees when they got started in 1965."

Let's try to get the date right first okay?

"Hoping to duplicate the recent success of Coca-Cola, Bradham named his sweet cola-flavoured carbonated beverage Pepsi-Cola in 1898."

In 1965 it merged with Frito-Lay.
Prior to that it merged with Loft, Then it merged with Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, KFC, Seven-Up, Tropicana, Dole, Quaker Oats, Gatorade, etc.

So you're comparing the # of employees of one company to the employees of about 10 companies/brands but this is beside the point. I said, Pepsi was "made" by thousands of workers and is now made by machines and none of these machines get paid. You didn't refute one word I wrote.

Btw, some of these companies also merged into a new single company but you get my point.
