By the look of the equity price. Looks like no one is interested. Best solution. Just return the S Band spectrum (ITU) for Channel 14 Wifi Iridium gets the L Band 1610-1618 With Iridiums "programmable" satellites. They could probably take the existing simplex customers to their constellation and bypass the IGO's.
