thanks sandie,....guess that's it then, from what all the releases say alliance should be passes, and since we have not had a counter offer from Macleary guess IXC will be it..... too bad, I would have liked to see an offer of $13 or $14/share. good try Macleary, just don't wait so long next time. You would think if he really formed this company to grab PSIX he would have prepared a bit better, maybe made his offer a little earlier than 1 day before the meeting. call me crazy, regards, crazy
