G: I understand your concern with the current stock price. I am, too, currently holding. The Reg S issue is what, I think, scares away a lot of people otherwise interested in this company. There has been a lot of abuse in the past with Reg S (although the new SEC rules on Reg S significantly limit this possibility). In the past, Reg S investors could enjoy guaranteed profits by <illegally> shorting their discounted Reg S stock during the 40-day period. They would then start unloading their shares, driving the price down, and buying shares at the same time, to cover their shorts (win/win situation, isn't it.)
I do hope it's just the beginning for CVIA-WOTD, and I don't think anybody (including Jack Arnold, or the Reg S investors) wants to quit now. I am looking forward to the merger update!
