Humbly report, Bob, I believe that trader_doe probably covered her TPRO short, so she may have decided that her mission is accomplished.
TokyoMex has said that she represents a hedge fund, so shorting TPRO would have been no problemo for her. Guess she's off to shake out some other unfortunate naive investors - elsewhere.
