There is some indications in the temperature record that things could go down from here.

There might be places in the world that need to transition to fossil first. Their community leaders certainly say so.

I like this presentation though, it's well delivered and informative.

His prediction analysis has some issues with it. It assumes that AGW is the only and biggest problem we have and the the outlook is very much one dimensional. The evidence, all of human experience, suggests we should be a little more open minded about what could happen.

I think the Middle East and the wars issue is a bigger problem. Rachel Maddow does not think so. What to other possible Democratic voters think? This is from a little while ago, but it does not look if things have changed much. Really.
