Nobody is interested because they lack imagination. They think satellites don't make money and that Iridium and Globalstar proved it. But they did not. I use wifi to connect to my wife's phone which then sends WhatsApp calls out over her spare data. Globalstar could offer the same. Connect by wifi to a Globalstar modem and hey presto WhatsApp calling from anywhere for no cost per minute aka zero arpu. Unlikely that anyone would be able to understand Mqs "Current Price is ...." marketing plan though. Stick a Globalstar modem on the windscreen or back window of a car and connect to it via wifi. Or maybe on the roof. Qualcomm could do it. Hmmm. They actually could do it easily before anyone else figures it out. Make an offer to buy out Globalstar. Thermo has had a very long failed effort.
