Let me see if I can dig up and/or recreate the info and analysis. It may take a few days. It goes without saying that any predictions about the future could be wrong (mine included). Not part of my original analysis but on the topic of production cost, but it has taken NNVC ~10 years to scale production up to something around 1 to 1.5 kg batches in 3-4 weeks. Seems like it will take a lot of scale to make that cheap. The original proposal was for a ~1 g dose to prevent death in hospitalized flu patient for a cost of something like $32K. Now we're proposing to sell ~100 mg for topical VZV treatment to speed shingles healing and reduce PHN pain. I'm curious how much we can wholesale that for?
