how about the weakening dollar..haven't checked today what is happening to dollar..(if dollar no longer safe haven then the search for new one gold denominated in dollars..low dollar higher gold (while still staying the same)but if up against all currencies..go gold! (also as said before, if small caps start rallying..they have been doing better than the Dow lately, have noticed that gold does better)
