Great to have you on board. We appreciate the time you take to communicate with us.

I'm a developer of many things with a couple of thoughts from the field:

1. Middleware and application server software is key (java especially, but Delphi would be great too). It's starting to make a lot of sense to spread the loads and data all over the enterprise.

2. Object databases are up and coming. SilverStream (a potential competitor) is already talking with the Object Store folks about integration.

3. JBuilder is great! Make it as great as Delphi, and throw in the application server capabilities, and you're golden, at least for a couple of months. :-)
