THE DATE JANUARY 8, 2007 IS OUTRIGHT FRAUD; as you know well, the Amended License Agreement was on September 1, 2005, in which you secretly changed the word "HERPES" in the original agreement to "Herpes Simplex Virus", thus eliminating HSV Shingles as a licensed virus.
IF ANYONE GOOGLES THE DATE OF JANUARY 8, 2007 IN YOUR ARCHIVES, IT COMES UP A BLANK FOR YOUR ASSERTION. MY, MY!!!!
THIS IS A "NEW" FRAUD, AND AGAIN, THE INDEPENDENT BOARD MEMBERS, HAVING BREACHED THEIR FIDUCIARY DUTY TO US WITH THEIR PURCHASE RECENTLY OF THE SHINGLES LICENSE, KNOWING IT WAS FRAUDULENTLY OBTAINED BY YOU 14 YEARS AGO, NOW HAVE ANOTHER CHANCE TO TERMINATE YOU UNDER THE FRAUD CLAUSE OF YOUR EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT OF JULY 11, 2018.

P.S. It seems fitting that you chose December 7, 2019 as the date of your Annual Meeting. Being a native of India, you are unaware of the raw nerve that day represents to native-born Americans-------- "A DATE THAT WILL LIVE IN INFAMY", as the surprise Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941.
That meeting, only one month away, will live in infamy for Nano shareholders: the date you ramrod through the increase in authorized shares from 8 MILLION COMMON AND PREFERRED SHARES TO 160 MILLION!!!
