GE's PEER RSI is dangerously close to turning to X's. Could happen today or by years end.

Regardless it is just another piece of data to support GE has bottomed and once it does turn to X's is an indicator it is OUT PERFORMING it's peers.

So to those who worry about balance sheets. It would appear there are those who are discounting the bad news.

Oh that doesn't mean GE to 100 over night. Heck GE has many steps to clear as it makes it's walk back up from 9.72 to 14.58/19.44/24.30/29.16. We KNOW it dropped from 33.

We know where it found it's first area of support. We know where it fell too as many just dumped.

Yet on the way up, the walk can be anticipated if one understands how the RSI or the PEER and the RSI of it's trend can give a hint to upside %.
