Just based on his testimony it certainly appeared that Mueller had been perhaps a figurehead for some time.

He did, however, make it entirely clear, when correcting Mr. Liu's mis-interpretation of Mueller's statement as to the outcome, correcting Mueller's mis-speaking in reply:

"We did NOT reach a determination as to whether the president committed a crime."

Several of you here have tried to infer from that comment that the president DID commit a crime. That is wrong. That is not what Mueller said. And he was very careful to point out that the language of the report was chosen with caution -- as we would all expect.

The suggestion that a crime was believed to have been committed but was not charged because of the rules was shot down entirely with this statement, as it was shooting down Mr. Liu's claim that there were no charges because of the rules. Mueller flatly stated that was false, that they simply had not made any determination. So, they do not know and cannot suppose that any crime was committed.

As to there being plenty of others -- you're talking about partisans who want to see Trump impeached, either because they are paid (by MSNBC or CNN for example) to hold that opinion, OR they just wanted someone else to be elected.

There is now irrefutable proof of a conspiracy to impeach that is going to make you guys look like the People's Temple.
