The tweet was pretty clear. Has started on Jan 30, 2017. First of many steps? Impeachment will follow?

And then, three years later, this man has found a "whistleblower" and drafts this document and tries to use it as the basis for an impeachment?

I believe in coincidences but I have my limits.
