GE is up almost 50% YTD when you add the dividend. That is very good outperformance of SPY... not sure how its "peers" are doing.
Regardless it is just another piece of data to support GE has bottomed and once it does turn to X's is an indicator it is OUT PERFORMING it's peers.

and it BOTTOMED nearly a year ago in 2018...

I've enjoyed two nice swing trades into single digits with profits taken that has me still at a loss, but getting closer to break-even with this surge.
