Sure hoping it is insane overreaction to the tardy 10-Q pr...I think it has more to do with the Notter/Jefferies downgrade with a price target of 3.75 this morning.

Let's hope to heck that INFN can redeem itself and reinstill confidence come Tuesday early AM...because the last two days have shaken a bunch of shareholders.
