Tom, Maybe you're right, but I always held the position that Magainin should remain independent. Teaming partners, sure, but don't give up all the goodies - at least if you're a long term trader. Today's a bad day all around - probably not much impetus for investors to buy in this climate, and many are jumping into bonds and value from most of the rest of the market. Shep
