I agree with with you. If she cracks under Starr's pressure she will look like another weak willed bimbo. The constitution says she does not have to testify against herself. She should stick to her fifth amendment rights and do the talk show route to give herself a public face other than the one Starr is going to give her.

The taping was done in Maryland and it was illegal as well as immoral.
She should sue Tripp in Maryland for damages.
