The main thing keeping me from Linux is the command line.

My belief is that if you have to enter anything on a command line, you're going backwards in computing by at least 30 years.

I have no desire to remember or enter arcane commands to navigate directories or get stuff done. I have no desire to build or compile my own software, I'll leave that to the coders and people who enjoy that kind of thing. I don't.

What little I've had to use the Terminal in macOS was for troubleshooting purposes only, and it was always something I'd Googled to fix something.

I'm a GUI guy all the way, and that will never change.
