TLW, I think you missed my point regarding the 10mil. I get the impression that they need the money to complete and file the 10k. The information is not going to change but they need the money to submit it...postage, copying costs, pay the auditors etc... Regarding the pinks...I do not know very much about them other than I do not see the bid/ask on any quote server. I thought you might know more. Buster
