Other than the fact it is neither fake, a recent court ruling explicitly states that, nor secret, full verbatim transcripts are being released and Republicans have had full participation, I suppose you have a point...

Not really. Those were legitimate, congressional subpoenas. Ignoring them is a violation of the law. A president ordering subordinates to ignore them is obstruction of justice. By definition.
