Clinton, TA will be useless for awhile now. Let the dust from the panic and pissed off institutional holders subside. The chart shows that historical support is at about 7 1/2 - 8, and IOM is hovering close to this level. Fundamentally, IOM will not be able to attract institutional investors even if they still have a decent future story. WS does not forgive unless there is alot of $$$ to be made, and IOM does not offer that.
