Bernie would have beaten Trump in 2016, IMO, and could beat him in 2020, IMO.
Had Jeb been the nominee I would have voted for Bernie. If it had been Trump vs Bernie I still might have. Back then I never would have guessed that Trump would turn out to be great. Then it would have been one wing nut or the other wing nut and I have a visceral distaste for the political elite of both parties.
Now the dems have so be clowned themselves that none of them can win.
