And AI's algorithms push us all to the limits - you watch physics and math videos and look at UFO pictures, you will get some marginal content that is opinion-based click bait. This is bentway's AI master at work - you are an adult who likes one thing - clicks one celebrity video of someone who's work (or face) you likie and all of a sudden - AI has the "ah-hah" moment that you want to see all sorts of celebrity feeds. You like psychology and quantum mechanics and theory of mind - we'll give you a dose of new-age blah-blah.

Not that serial killers and surgeons are particularly the same, but there may be a risk of psychopathy as a surgeon that allows people to compartmentalize suffering from the good they do. AI might be sloppy in evaluating people who are not surgeons but who have an interest in anatomy (like me!) and say they are potential suspects when they aren't. There are no Constitutional freedoms associated with the right to challenge your classification by agencies or companies that use AI. It wasn't anticipated by the framers of the Constitution that massive data profiling would be possible for every person who walks down the (virtual) street.
