WHAT EXTORTION?
Quid pro quo is not right word - it was exactly extortion.

We have a country that is weak militarily and desperately needs US help to defend itself from powerful aggressive neighbor on the north.
The President of this country asks Trump "Please, we desperate need your Javelins to defend your country from Russian tanks"
And what did President Trump respond?
"Yes, we will support you and give you plenty of ammo".
or
"We understand your desperate situation to be defenseless against strong aggressor, and we will definitely help you as much as we can"
No way, our dear President replied:
"Please, do me a favor, and find some dirt on Biden."
If it's not an extortion, what isit?
