I guess you all know that KIWT "controls" RCN Corp. (RCNC), which is an exciting, emerging bundler of internet, cable and local and l.d.telephone for the residential market(mostly high-rise apartments) in the megopolis of Boston, NY and Washington, D.C. It just agreed to buy
two major regional internet providers there(Erols and UltraNet)

It was spun out last year from C-TEC Corp.(formerly CTEX), which was also controlled by Kiewit.

James Crowe(CEO of KIWT) said last year that RCN had just about the biggest potential of any business that he knew of. David McCourt, the CEO of RCN, was hand-picked by Kiewit a couple of years ago, and is a dynamo.
