Below are just a few items to be voted on at the upcoming UCP AGM. All these items must be done asap so that all that remains is the referendum to vote for independence. -Establishing a provincial revenue agency to collect provincial taxes directly by ending the Canada-Alberta Tax Collection Agreement, while joining Quebec in seeking an agreement to collect federal taxes within the province. -Creating an Alberta Pension Plan by withdrawing from the Canada Pension Plan. (note: this will repatriate over $40 billion in CPP contributions) -Establishing a provincial police force by ending the Alberta Police Service Agreement with the Government of Canada. -Using the existing provincial power to appoint the Chief Firearms Office for Alberta. Can you imagine trying to operate a water system and sewage treatment on wind and solar power? Then again, I suppose everyone in Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Lower BC mainland and Vancouver Island can just crap and piss in the streets like in San Francisco and Los Angeles. The rest of Canada can have their carbon tax and transition to wind and solar power to save the planet and good luck to them. Vive L'Alberta Libre
