Judith, at most brokerages you cannot short until price hits $5. Some make exceptions at lower prices but I havent heard of anyone lower than 4 1/8... and the MAJORITY dont allow it until $5. So that isnt a worry (yet) Good luck, Mark Oh yeh.. market makers can do "naked shorts" at any prices so if anyone is shorting its them.
