Do you expect good earnings report $0.11/share ? You seem to be confidant that they will stay on Nasdaq Small Cap. The gap is $11,000,000 for them to meet the minimum requirments... They need to do something BIG!!! Otherwise welcome to the penny stocks kingdom !
