You fell that way because you are unaware of the fact we are now controlled by a plutocratic oligarchy, or you don't care what happens to people..

We have one of the worst income inequalities in the world where the 1% have more money than the majority of our population.

You also don't understand that money is power and the rich through all of history have used that power to keep the poor down.

Here is a 3 minute speech by FDR in 1936 speech about the tyranny of the rich over the poor. Not that you will listen to it. Of how organized money is like organized mobs.
