An update from the 10Q:
"On September 27, 2019, the Company filed Form S-1 registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission which was subsequently withdrawn on November 5, 2019. On November 7, 2019, the Company engaged Aegis Capital Corp to continue the offering. The amount of any capital raise is dependant upon and subject to the Company’s stock price and market conditions."


Interesting British spelling of "dependant".
