BMO/Valuations
BMO& RY have agreed to merge into a new Bank. Shareholders of BMO will get 0.97 of the new bank ; whilst RY gets 1. RY is currently trading at $76 Cdn. BMO moved up to $74 when trading opened after the halt but has backed off by $9-10 since. At 11.30 BMO was at the $64 level. whilst RY was at the $76 level. Does any one have any explaination for this. Thx.
