Gordon SGD's 1997 (recurring) year end looks to be 0.46 / shr SGD's gross earnings were $ 8,485,000 of which the non-recurring amounted to $ 3,800,000 resulting in $ 4,685,000 from ' 97 sales . With approx. 10 mln shares outstanding the EPS is $ 0.46 / shr . SGD's recovery will be recognized . It is not priced in its current share value but it will be soon . $ 50 mln in revs alone supports $ 5/shr and industry PE supports $ 9/shr . The 8 K was misunderstood and the earnings need to be analysed . Regards, Jim K.
