Anybody have any thoughts? Up good in a down market, volume already about double yesterday's. I can think of nothing off hand that would account for a good move. Usually moves like this hint at news coming. Or just a continuation of fund buying? T and the rest of the CLEC's down today. Teligent getting hit pretty hard, down 1 1/2 to around 26 after nearly hitting 30 just a few days ago.
