I think you need to adjust those earnings for taxes. The non-recurring gain of $3,800 s/b worth about $0.23 per share in earings after tax ($3,800 less 40% tax rate/10,069 shares), leaving continuing operations income at about $0.37 for the year.

I'd really like to see the dividend reinstated.
