He (Brett Baier the Poosie) really changed his tune a while later when respectable Republicans laughed their asses off at the dopey suggestion that a mean tweet was intimidation and impeachable. Judge Starr and other people made a joke out of it. Even motor-mouth Ben Shapiro said "Are you kidding me" for 3 hours on WLS that mean tweets are intimidation. I'm surprised he didn't have the segment deleted to save face.
