I think the winter storms were already factored in that is why the crude staid up for long. With the Mr. Nino having done its job, currency devaluations and end of winter nearing don't expect a bear trap. A spike or two may occur (good for shorting). As for the milatary solution it is a non-issue. If US wants to play a role in Mid-East peace the last thing is a military action (and that is why Sadam is trying to have'em by doing his saber rattling).
