T. J. Zing(sp?)(Pronounced Zing) is Tobin's analyst. He was the first and I believe last to ask questions. I didn't note his questions, but here are the responses:

Less inventory at distributors than in 1996.

Less VCD distributors, Cube deals direct with the majors

Settops will support both Java and CE as a hedge.

Second chance question:

Slow Q2 expected, but this is expected to lessen as product lines deversify.

DiviCom has much better visibility in forward earnings then the Semi sales. ( Alex had earlier declined to comment on expectations for this Q. He said in this uncertain enviroment, we are working one week/ one month at a time.)

DiviCom expects to enter the Broadcast and Cable market. Divi will grow faster in the second 1/2.
