Yes, it's awfully convenient for Diwan to continue spending NNVC money on IP assets for TheraCour (& Diwan) as NNVC edges into insolvency and bankruptcy. I'm sure the board will say these actions were in the best interest of NNVC shareholders. The lab is presumably worth ~$5 Mn (to the right buyer)...like TheraCour?
