Interesting link... When you get into deep trouble and maybe have a questionable reputation...you're going to be contemplating deals with who...the devil. It's not unreasonable to believe that the firm in question (Aegis Capital) wanted some assurances that they would make some money on the deal. And maybe, just maybe, they don't fully and completely trust NNVC's management (Saint Anil & company). It seems both parties are accustomed to screwing those with whom they make agreements. Well...maybe the two parties just couldn't seem to find mutually beneficial terms.
