Is any other product line worth anything ? Should CNTR scrap some products ? Sell off non core subsidiary... ? They might have been considering this option by selling Centura's source codes to some interesting party. Rumor source: Leo ( when he was still around, too bad he is not here to either deny or confirm it ).
