This is what the courts are for. Apparently, you've gathered all the evidence, reviewed all witness statements, examined both sides of the argument, tried, and convicted the guy before it went to court. Where I live, people are innocent until proven guilty in court. You apparently preside over a kangaroo court where the idea is to hang the guilty bastard and try him later. BTW, did you ever read or see the film, "The Oxbow Incident?" You are part of that angry mob, shame on you. Baaaad. Snap out of it.
