Thanks for posting yet another major example of the massive multi-decade global demand infrastructure buildout. With posting time being so limited....

{Per se, just finished long Very Productive phone chat with lead investigator for WVs premier oil & gas law firm. Yes, the very same firm, which last year defeated the old EQT mgt. with a nice check coming in Jan or Feb for Moi as one of 10,000 other WV mineral property owners. This chat was about launching a new class action with a, slam dunk, fat, legal fee for them from the offending private oil & gas co. and - of course - nice checks to hundreds of other mineral property owners in addition to iso's modest share of the spoils.}

That and other rewarding local investments prevent me from more than scratching the surface in posting about the biggest long term/Secular investment trend I've ever been fortunate enough to anticipate and position myself EARLY & IN SIZE long before the wind filled the sails from leasing and drilling by listed E&P stock companies.

Not bragging. On the contrary, I'm dust in the wind. Everything we receive in this life flows from God's multitude of grace and blessings. Do my best to humbly thank him in prayer, every day.
