Sandie, The "big" news is an acquisition being a "done deal." Current price is .33x.34. I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for 5 (Ira did not say or even hint at this; John is reading too much between the lines IMO). I'll be very happy with .38-.40 early next week. Hendrik
