I just wonder if Lindsay will have full autonomy (with daily pow-wow sessions with McConnell and co behind closed doors) to subpoena witness's and ask what ever questions he wants of whomever he wants during a trial? Like what happened in the House, there will be a vote on procedure and I'm hopeful Graham is granted that kind of authority.
