Noticed Ecuador was at the apex of the southern triangle for pole position . Does that rule out it as a place of possible refuge ? Asked this before without this added input about a year ago . I do not fully comprehend this situation so any thoughts would be welcomed . Had thought of Ecuador as a winter refuge .
